About
I’m a psychotherapist practicing in New York City and Beacon, NY. My background spans diverse mental health settings, where I’ve supported adults, families, and youth facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, attachment wounds, and life transitions. In addition to my private practice, I also work at a Manhattan psychoanalytic institute offering depth-oriented psychotherapy.

I work with adults of all backgrounds, identities, and life experiences, addressing the full range of mental health challenges. My aim is to provide a space where you can explore your story with honesty and curiosity, heal what feels painful or stuck, and imagine new ways of relating to yourself and the world.

My approach is integrative and collaborative. Drawing from relational psychoanalysis, attachment-focused EMDR, and other psychological theories, I tailor treatment to each person’s needs and goals. I believe therapy is most effective when it feels safe, supportive, and open to the full complexity of who you are.
