Attachment-Focused EMDR combines EMDR therapy with attachment theory to help you heal from trauma and attachment wounds. This approach supports you in building healthier relationships and a stronger sense of self. It can be especially effective for challenges in dating, work performance, recovering from recent traumatic events, or healing the lasting effects of an abusive or emotionally deprived childhood.

Individual Therapy for Eating Disorders
Individual therapy can be a crucial step toward recovery. In a safe and supportive environment, we’ll explore the underlying causes of disordered eating behaviors. This is typically longer-term work, best suited for those already in recovery or stepping down from a higher level of care. I collaborate with dietitians and physicians as needed.
